M-2000 Frost-Proof Yard Hydrant

The Merrill M-2000 Yard Hydrant is the only Merrill hydrant with a non-cast iron head. Made of DuPont's™ Zytel® ST Thermoplastic, the M-2000 offers a more forgiving head solution compared to its cast-iron counterparts. The fiber-reinforced Thermoplastic greatly reduces breakage, eliminates machining, and takes painting and corrosion out of the equation.

B-7000 Frost Proof Yard Hydrant

The Merrill B-7000 Frost Proof Yard Hydrant is the only Merrill hydrant the features a pull-down lever to turn on the hydrant. Designed with a auto adjusting plunger and valve body, the B-7000 eliminates the need for manual alterations. The elimination of the packing glad takes the worry of packing glad life out of the equation.

E-5000 Frost Proof Yard Hydrant

The Merrill E-5000 Yard Hydrant is designed with pivot connector in place of commonly used set screws. A pivot connector lengthens the adjustability life of the hydrant because it will not rust into place like a set screw. The E-5000 comes in two packing gland options; standard and metal. The metal packing gland offers an extremely quick removal time, dramatically shortening the time required to check or replace the hydrant's plunger.

AnyFlow Frost Proof Yard Hydrant

The Merrill Any Flow® Yard Hydrant gives year-round water service to customers in all weather conditions. The unique design of the Any Flow's plunger assembly increases the plunger's life expectancy by 200% over others in the industry. The use of a pivot connector and nuts enables easy adjustments for years as opposed to set screws that quickly rust into place.

C-1000 Frost Proof Yard Hydrant

The Merrill C-1000 Yard Hydrant gives year-round water service to customers in all climates at an economical price point. The C-1000 utilizes lever control flow allowing users to change the water flow from a slow trickle to a full rush with the simple move of the handle.
• A pivot connector with two nuts is used in place of set screws to ensure adjustments can be made years later, where typical set screws rust into place.
• Self-lubricating, one-piece plunger diminishes concern over sticking and bonding.
• Double bypass valve body gives users a high-flow option for an affordable hydrant.

R-6000 Frost Proof Yard Hydrant

The Merrill R-6000 Yard Hydrant brings a different design to the Merrill line of frost-proof yard hydrants. Unlike Merrill's typical over-the-head handle design, the R-6000 features a lower placement for the on/off handle. Similar to other Merrill designs, adjustment set screws have been eliminated and replaced with nuts to eliminate the loss of adjustments due to rusting.
• Unique head design allows for the removal of the packing gland, operating rod, and plunger all without having to remove the hydrant head.
• Head design also enables quick and easy replacements for users if needed.

Hidedrant - The Sanitary Yard Hydrant

The Merrill Hide-Drant is a sanitary yard hydrant that has been approved as such in even the most restrictive states like; Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Available in stainless or PVC and with a curved or straight neck, Merrill provides a sanitary hydrant option for you.
• Hide-Drant's standpipe can be removed with three counter-clockwise turns, then drain the standpipe of water and your Hide-Drant is frost-proof for freezing temps.
• Stop valve at the bottom of the Hide-Drant is automatically opened when the standpipe is reinstalled.
• Seals between the stop valve and the standpipe are water-tight before the valve is reopened.
• Outlet can be set to any direction by simply tightening the standpipe the three turns from where you want the outlet to be.

H-3000 Heated Yard Hydrant

The Any Temp/H-3000 series water riser/heated hydrant gives year-round water service with the use of a self-regulating heat cable or by draining itself below the frost line when shut off. The heated hydrant is a simple unit designed to provide frostproof water service. It completes the sanitary installation from buried water line to above-ground water connection, or supply pipe with shut-off valve, needed for each mobile of manufactured home.
• Water connectors shall be Merrill Any Temp heated hydrant with 5 watts/ft
• Self-regulating heating cable, Ethafoam insulation simple sanitary straight-line design.
• Locks Open or Closed- Turn clockwise to lock hydrant on or off and prevent unwanted use
• Plunger - Four ethylene propylene quad ring seals which never come out of adjustment, have longer life than O-Rings and withstand higher pressures
• Extra Heavy Steel Collar- Hydrant will handle years of mowing and other outdoor abuse

Y-Series Self-Closing Yard Hydrants

The Merrill Y1 & Y2 self-closing Frost Proof Yard Hydrants automatically shut off to keep wasted water to a minimum. A stainless steel spring and water pressure shut the hydrant off when a user is not operating the hydrant, making the Y1 & Y2 perfect options for public use.
• Locking feature to lock the hydrant in the on position if needed, and off for when it should not be used.
• Designed with swivel parts, allowing for the hydrant insides to be removed and/or replaced without having to dig the hydrant up.
• Water Usage- Maintain control over water usage when others may be using the hydrant!
• Flow Control Valve Available- Ordered separately, the Flow Control Valve allows for flow rate to be regulated
