For 6" Well Casing
Economical vented cap with moderate protection

After removing the old cap, clean the top edge of the casing and inspect the wiring. Make sure the casing is in good condition and the wire path is clear.

Route the pump wires through the 3/4" conduit and into the cap before setting the cap on the casing. Leave enough slack so the cap can be positioned easily.

Installation Steps & Final Check
Loosen the four cap screws, but do not remove them. After the wires are routed through the conduit, place the cap over the casing and align it so it sits evenly.

Tighten the four cap screws evenly around the outside of the casing. Tighten securely, but do not overtighten. The screws clamp the cap around the casing.

Make sure the 3/4" conduit is properly seated in the cap opening and the wires are protected. Verify the cap is level, snug, and fully in place before restoring power.
