Stainless Steel + PVC | Bracket and Plumbing Installation

Before You Start

  • Turn off pump power and release water pressure.
  • Check the manifold, bracket and kit contents.
  • Confirm pipe sizes and connection locations.
  • Have proper anchors, hardware and sealant ready.

5 Installation Steps

  1. Mount the Bracket

    Pick a sturdy, easy-to-reach location. Level the bracket and fasten it securely using the top mounting holes and anchors appropriate for the mounting surface.*

  2. Secure the Manifold

    For either stainless steel or PVC, rest the manifold on the bracket foam blocks. Position the rubber-lined clamps and secure with the correct supplied bolts. Put in the front bolts with the discharge bracket first, then the top bolts to hold down the manifold.

  3. Connect the Water Lines

    Identify the supply and outgoing water connections. Match thread sizes, support the pipes and use thread sealant suitable for the materials.*

  4. Install the Components

    Fit the pressure gauge, boiler drain and pressure relief valve in their correct ports. Keep the drain accessible and the relief discharge unobstructed.*

  5. Pressurize and Check

    Follow the pump and pressure tank start-up procedure. Restore pressure gradually and check the gauge, piping and all joints for leaks.*
