Your Territory Manager relationship does not change. The portal is simply an additional ordering tool designed to make routine ordering faster and easier.

Use the email address connected to your Merrill account to sign in to the wholesaler portal. A one-time login code will be sent to that email address.
Complete the Become a Distributor form to provide your company information. Merrill will review your request and, if your company meets the wholesaler requirements, a Territory Manager will contact you with the next steps.
Your Territory Manager will guide you through the application process. Accounts Receivable reviews the completed application, and your Territory Manager will contact you once the account is approved and ready to use.
Approval times vary depending on the information provided and how long it takes to review the application and references.
Yes. Multiple authorized employees can have access to the same location or branch, and one employee can be connected to multiple locations when needed. Each employee should use the email address connected to their Merrill account to sign in.
Authorized users must be added, removed, or updated by Merrill. Please contact your Territory Manager for help updating employee access.
If your login is connected to more than one company location, you will be asked to choose a location when you sign in. Select the location you want to use and click Continue.
After entering the portal, you can switch locations in the Orders tab by clicking the current location and selecting another connected location.
No password is required. Enter the email address connected to your wholesaler account, and a one-time login code will be sent to that email address.

Sign out signs you out of the current browser session. If you are signed in through another tab, browser, computer, tablet, or phone, those sessions may remain active.
Sign out of all devices signs your account out everywhere it is currently logged in. This only signs out the individual user account connected to that email address; it does not sign out everyone at the company.

Use the search bar at the top of the website to search by product name, SKU, model number, part number, or barcode. You can also browse by category if you prefer.
When you click a product, the SKU and barcode are listed under the product name for easy reference. The SKU and barcode may change when you select different product options, such as size, material, connection type, bury depth, inlet, outlet, or pressure settings.

You can view your past orders from the Orders section of your account. Select an order to review its details or use Buy Again to add those products to your cart.
Past orders are connected to the company location . If an order is not appearing, you may be viewing the order history for a different location.
In the Orders section, click the current location in the upper-right corner and select the location where the order was originally placed. You can also select All locations to view orders placed under any of the locations connected to your account.

Yes. Go to the Orders section of your account and select Buy Again. The products from the selected past order will load into your cart so you can review quantities, make changes, and complete checkout. Selecting Buy Again does not automatically submit the order.
Important: Selecting Buy Again will clear any products already in your cart and replace them with the products from the selected past order.

Yes. Products in your cart will remain there after you sign out and sign back in.
Contact your Territory Manager immediately if you need to request a cancellation. Cancellations are not guaranteed and may only be possible before the order has been acknowledged or processed. A restocking fee may apply.
Yes. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Processing, same-day service, and expedited shipping may depend on Merrill’s business hours, order cutoff times, and processing requirements.
Yes. Wholesale orders must meet a $50 minimum. Some products may also have required minimum quantities, such as ordering a full box or pack.
Yes. The wholesaler portal is designed to work on mobile devices, so you can search for products, review your cart, and place an order from your phone.
No. Submitting an online order sends it to Merrill for processing and review. You will receive a confirmation email at the email address connected to your account, but that confirmation does not mean the order has been approved or shipped.
Yes. Enter your company’s purchase order number in the PO Number (Optional) field during checkout.
Yes. The prices shown in the wholesaler portal are based on the pricing assigned to your selected location or branch. If the pricing does not look correct, contact your Territory Manager for assistance.
Make sure you are signed in with the email address connected to your Merrill account. If you are signed in and still cannot see your wholesaler pricing, contact your Territory Manager for assistance.

Example: Look for the Your Pricing label and the current wholesaler price shown beside the crossed-out standard price.
Yes. Eligible account discounts are applied automatically. If a promotion requires a promo code, the promotion instructions will explain how to use it.
Your invoice is the final record for freight, tax, discounts, payment terms, and other account adjustments. The final total may differ from the amount shown online because of freight changes, taxes, account-specific adjustments, or discounts connected to certain payment terms that are applied on the invoice.
The payment methods available to you will appear during checkout and may vary based on your account terms. Available options may include paying later, credit card, or bank account. You may also choose to save your card or bank account information for future orders.
Yes. Open invoices can be viewed and paid from the account page.
Yes. Payments made outside the website, such as by check or ACH, will appear in the portal after they are received and processed in Merrill’s system. The update may not appear immediately if the payment is still being processed.
Your tax-exempt status will be applied automatically when a current certificate is on file with Merrill. If a new or updated certificate is needed, your Territory Manager will contact you.
Shipping timing depends on the product and current availability. In-stock items typically ship sooner, while made-to-order products may require additional production time. Estimated timing may vary based on the product and current production schedule.
Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address connected to your account.
Contact your Territory Manager for help with delayed or unavailable items, drop-ship requests, damaged shipments, or other delivery concerns.
Freight terms and free-freight thresholds vary based on your pricing program and may include account-specific exceptions. Additional charges, such as residential delivery, lift-gate service, or other LTL fees, may apply depending on the shipment. Contact your Territory Manager for the freight terms that apply to your account.
No. The wholesaler portal is an additional ordering option for convenience. Your Territory Manager can still help with products, pricing, quotes, orders, and account questions.
Contact your Territory Manager whenever you are unsure about a product, part number, price, application, shipping need, or order. It is better to ask before submitting an order than risk ordering the wrong product.
Yes. Online wholesale orders are routed to the Territory Manager assigned to your account for review.

Contact your Territory Manager to start a return or warranty claim. They will help determine the correct next steps and let you know what order details, photos, or other information may be needed.
