NEED FREIGHT OPTIONS!!!! Called to get info, but could not place order with customer service. Had to order on-line. Website Did not give me the option to choose freight source. USPS is crap!! We were without water for a week because part did not arrive in a timely manner. Please change website to give options. I would gladly give UPS $25 and get order in 2 days. Instead, I gave USPS $25 and got it in 6 days! :(
