Way too expensive for this seal. Tightening screws seem to be cheap Philips head screws that easily strip when tightening. Hex head would be better. Had to buy direct from Merrill because all other distributors required a $100 minimum order for Merrill products. Not sure why.
Product worked as advertised but missing hardware (nuts) which no buddy seam to have.
fit and worked great!
It was a high quality part, worked perfectly for my well, I would buy again when i install another well.
Haven't used it yet, two of the small nuts were missing and I haven't found replacements yet.

Screw heads of both seals stripped before the seal was tight on/in the pipes. Either a softer rubber or better fit to the pipes.

We use these to close the end of the sleeves we install on our submersible pumps in open water. They work well to insure cooling flow past the motor. The stainless bolts are a very welcome feature.

I have yet to install the product, but it appears to be as represented on your site. I purchased stainless steel machine screws and nuts to replace the screws and nuts that came with the product. You might consider using stainless steel hardware.
