What our customers say

Hear from the businesses that count on Merrill for their products, orders, and customer support.

Merrill is a great vendor with excellent customer service. They always keep us informed of any discrepancies or backorders, and April has always responded promptly and with kindness. We have had very few issues and if we do they were handled immediately. Our products consistently arrive intact, on time and in the exact quantities ordered.

Christa Martin Keeling Company

Merrill's products are great quality. The service is amazing, especially when I put in the wrong part number or if I do not know the part number. They will help me figure out what I am needing. They have a huge selection of parts for our business. The service is above and beyond.

Wes's Water Well Supply

Burdine supply inc. Has been selling merrill hydrants and accessories for over 30 years. They have always had great products that we have seen. Everyone at merrill has always done a great job taking care of our needs on orders and parts. We tried another brand one time and nearly all our customers said that if we didn't get merrill back they would go somewhere else to get them. That right there says alot about the merrill brand. We never tried another brand and glad we stuck with merrill. Thanks to all the members of merrill for taking care of us.
