So far is working fine. The second hydrant I ordered that is now by the barn (not the one pictured) arrived damaged, the lockable end of the handle was busted. It doesn't impair its function and we had to install them that day, no time for returns. It runs the water to livestock, so it has to stay open.

The hydrant arrived faster than expected. The lift handle works smoothly and construction is much heavier than other brands that I had to replace every few years. Overall, worth the price and should function for many years.

The fist of your hydrants we put in back in 1988 and we have never touched it for any issues. I currently have four of your hydrants that have been working flawlessly since install. I have three of the junk china made ones that I will be replacing also. The store that I use to buy your hydrants from went out of business years ago and they started carrying the junk ones too. Keep doing what your doing, people will find you!

I have the Merrill anyflow yard hydrant installed For a customer of mine. I told him that Merrill is the only yard hydrant that I would install anymore. Once you have installed the Best I do not want to use anything else.

I have tried to replace the packing and brass bushing on my Any Flow hydrant as per the Merrill video, but unfortunately, no tool exists in the market anywhere that will go through the top opening onto the packing nut after the handle has been removed. The dealer rep in Calgary agrees it does not work and no one from Merrill will respond to my email questions or voice messages I have left. Very poor customer service.

Had a 25 year old Anyflow next to my wellhead. The weep hole was blocked. Dug it up and probably could have cleared the problem and carried on. I'm 70 year old. Decided to put a new one in and not have to worry about it for the rest of my life. Never had a minute's problem with the old one. Expecting the same from this one.
