New replacement parts worked perfectly! The only difficulty was getting the old brass packing nut removed from the main casting. I heated it up hot and then sprayed WD40 on the expanded internal/external threads. It then broke loose. Great Replacement Parts, 100% Satisfied!
Thanks for the parts. Things went great. Please consider adding water silicone grease to orders with plungers (for additional pricing) it would have saved me a trip to town. Thank you all the best

I am upset that I had to replace parts already after only less than 1 year of using 1 time per day. I bought a higher priced product hoping to not have garbage in a spot that was not easy to replace. I wish things were made to last like days of the past. I dread the day if I have to dig it back up and replace the entire product again. Hope this seal kit lasts longer that the original.

I have a C-1000 hydrant that is about 40 years old. The repair kit PKCF worked great. Appreciate the effort to get parts shipped in spite of the storm damage.
Fortunately I did not have to use any parts. I ordered these parts for spares just in case I needed to replace any of the items. All it took was a slight adjustment to the linking rod (?) from the handle to the plunger to stop the water flow in the off position. Thank you.
